Item Donations

We care for thousands of animals, both domestic and wild, every year at our shelter. As a nonprofit organization, we are always in need of supplies! We know that you, the community, loves to help us in any way that you can whether it is monetary, ordering off of our wish lists or dropping off items to the shelter itself! All of it is important and equally appreciated!

How To Donate?

If you are interested in donating food or items, you can order them online from of our Amazon Wish List or Chewy Wish List or print a list of the items we go through quickly below.

Many items we cannot use require us to pay for proper disposal, if you would like to make a donation not included on our wish list below, please call the shelter to inquire about how we may make use of it here, 608-781-4014!

Some items we are unable to accept:

  • Open food that's not in it's original packaging

  • Expired items

These are the items we use the most regularly on a day to day/operational basis:

    • Pecans, walnuts, sunflower seeds without the shell

    • Peanuts, walnuts, almonds, mixed nuts in the shell.
